DANNY PEART, B.A., B.P.H.E

Danny brings with him and extensive background in Personal Training and Fitness Facility Design and Management. He began his fitness career in 1980 as the Membership and Residence Director for the Downtown YMCA in Vancouver. He then moved to Montreal and spent five years managing a large fitness club that was described as "one of the best managed fitness centres in Quebec." From there he returned to Vancouver and sought a different challenge, managing the Health Club and Spa of the prestigious Sutton Place Hotel. Danny was involved in the ownership and management of the Park Place Health Club in Vancouver, prior to our move to Connection Corporate Health.

CARL LJUNGBERG

Strong interpersonal and communication skills have enabled Carl to stay in the fitness industry for the past 18 years. To be able to guide clients through workouts and life changes is what kept the fire burning. Coming from Ontario in 1991 he quickly became passionate about health and fitness. To Carl everyone can achieve great physical health. It’s all about effort and then more effort!

I am the owner of the Fitness Center/Gym - "Connection: Corporate Health" located in the downtown business core of Vancouver BC, Canada. In 1997 I started Powershape Personal Training which continues to thrive to this day.

I was also named one of the Top 5 Personal Trainers by readers of "The Metro Vancouver" Newspaper and was named 2015 Richmond Master Athlete Of the Year.

In 2011 I became the Owner of "Connection: Corporate Health" - the fitness center in the HSBC Building which is located in financial district of Downtown Vancouver. I am also a Co-Owner of "Oranj Fitness" which now has eight locations and territories including; Kelowna BC, Fort McMurray, Ottawa and Grande Prairie Alberta. All the while, continuing to train 16 to 20 people a day of all fitness levels.
